Global media representatives who would like to participate in the project '2025 Invitation Program for Overseas Global Media' with the Korean Cultural Center in Brazil are invited to submit their applications by March 13, 2025 (Thu).

Applications will be only accepted via Google Forms (click here)

Hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) of the Republic of Korea

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST) is a government agency of the Republic of Korea that actively promotes Korean culture worldwide. With 35 Korean Cultural Centers in 30 countries and 7 Culture and Information Officers in 7 nations, MCST is dedicated to enhancing international cultural exchange and fostering mutual understanding between nations.

As part of this initiative, MCST invites key representatives from global media organizations to Korea, providing them with opportunities to cover various aspects of Korean politics, society, and culture. This official invitation program aims to facilitate in-depth reporting and ensure that Korea’s diverse stories reach audiences worldwide.

The invitation program will be conducted over approximately 5 to 6 days (6 days for journalists and 5 days for influencers, including travel time). Participants will be provided with round-trip airfare, accommodation, meals, interpretation services, and local transportation in Korea. Furthermore, they will have the opportunity to visit key institutions, explore major cultural and tourist sites, conduct interviews, and participate in on-site reporting alongside media representatives from various countries.

Through this program, we hope participants will gain a firsthand understanding of Korea’s rich history, traditions, and dynamic modern culture and share these experiences with a global audience through insightful and engaging reports.
